I went to the men's room and got some paper towels which I soaked in foam sanitizer so I could wipe down a slot before playing it. My wife and I were there about 3 hours and as we were preparing to leave I finally saw an employee sanitize a slot. A player flips it over to indicate the slot has been played and is no longer sanitized. Danbury does it best by placing cards on the slots showing the machine has been sanitized. The other 3 casinos mentioned above have employees continuously sanitizing slots. The place was packed with people so social distancing was impossible, even walking around the place. Danbury, Black Bear and Fond du Luth all have every other slot turned off to provide social distancing when playing.
Our temperature was not taken when entering the casino.
I saw almost zero except for the wearing of masks and available hand sanitizer stations. Arrived at the casino on 8/21 expecting all the safety precautions experienced at other local casinos.
